A Fathers cry
Release 20.June,2025
I wrote A Father’s Cry after witnessing the quiet devastation of a close friend, an honest, loving father being pushed out of his child’s life. No warning. No voice. Just a system that seemed built to punish, not protect.
He wasn’t perfect—none of us are,but he loved his child with every beat of his heart. And when that love was denied, he broke in silence. I saw it happen, not with rage, but with tears he tried to hide. A man forced to pay, to wait, to prove, but never to hold or to speak.
This song is his voice. And the voice of many others like him, fathers who are expected to stay strong, but are never allowed to be soft. Fathers whose wallets are demanded, but whose presence is denied. Fathers who cry when no one is looking.
A Father’s Cry isn’t about taking sides. It’s about giving space to the unheard, the unseen, the ones still fighting to be fathers, even when the world won’t let them.
